Diet Cara RASULULLAH S.A.W.

Assalamualaikum w.b.t.
Syukur alhamdulillah dgn izin Allah SWT sedang leka ana menghabiskan hari-hari cuti ana (selama 2 bulan) di kampung, maka hari ini telah diringankan seluruh anggota badan ana untuk menghadiri satu majlis ilmu khas bersama akhwat yang ana kasihi sekalian.

MasyaAllah!...Sungguh banyak mutiara 'ilmu Ilahi yang telah dapat kami kongsi dan timba bersama dalam majlis yang berlangsung selama 2 jam itu. Ekoran itu, di sini ana sertakan bingkisan 'ilmu nan berhikmah buat antum semua.

Akhwat fillah, pernahkah kalian mendengar hebahan yang "makananlah punca segala penyakit" ?. Sahih aw la' ? Wallahua'lam. Tahukah antum yang sepanjang hayat Rasulullah s.a.w. , baginda tidak pernah mengalami sakit perut ? Limaza? Kerana baginda pandai menjaga pemakanannya sehari-hari. Mari kita perhatikan senarai diet Rasulullah. InsyaAllah, kalau akhwat sekalian mencontohi diet baginda, risiko antum untuk mengalami sakit perut ataupun keracunan makanan ialah 0%.

Bismillah..

1) Jangan makan/minum Susu bersama Daging.(SUSU+DAGING = X )
2) Jangan makan Daging bersama Ikan.(DAGING+IKAN = X )
3) Jangan makan Ikan bersama Susu.(IKAN+SUSU = X )
4) Jangan makan Ayam bersama Susu (AYAM+SUSU = X )
5) Jangan makan Ikan bersama Telur (IKAN+TELUR = X )
6) Jangan makan Ikan bersama Daun Salad (IKAN+SALAD = X)
7) Jangan makan Susu bersama Cuka (SUSU+CUKA = X )
8) Jangan makan Buah bersama Susu misalnya Koktel (BUAH+SUSU = X )

Tips tambahan:

*Jangan makan BUAH selepas makan NASI, sebaliknya makan BUAH sebelum makan NASI. Barulah perut antum senang nak digest dan terkejut sebab dimulakan dgn makanan yang berserat dan mudah dihadam terlebih dahulu sebelum mengambil makanan berat.

*Tidur 1 jam selepas menjamah hidangan.

*Kunyahlah makanan tersebut sampai 40 kunyahan (if possible)> ini akan membantu memudahkan proses penghadaman dalam perut.
